In this session, Bob Stapleton, HR consultant and certified job coach, shares his tips for nailing a job interview every time. Bob takes the mystery out of what to expect and lays out a planning process that builds your confidence and performance.

Bob has been lead teacher for the Jobs for Life job readiness program for the last five years and brings the collective wisdom from his teaching and professional life to this important topic.

Bob is President of Live Oak Leadership Coaching and Human Resource Consulting. He is also President of the Board of Directors at Dorcas Ministries in Cary, North Carolina. Bob’s 35 year career includes leadership and human resource positions in the food industry including four years as senior vice president of human resources at Food Lion, LLC.

Bob’s expertise is in Human Resource Consulting, Executive Coaching, Career Planning, Life and Team Coaching, Change Management and Training Curriculum Design. He is certified in MRG leadership assessments, MBTI assessment, and CTI (CPCC) and International Coaching Federation (ACC) Coaching.
