NCPMI is lending a helping hand at the 38-acre Hope Reins ranch, an Equine Therapy organization located in Wake County.

The Hope Reins Mission: pair hurting kids with trained mentors and rescued horses to find hope and healing.

All services are free of charge and made possible by volunteers and donors.

June Virtual Member Orientation Session

June Virtual NextGen-Book Club Series with Award-Winning Author Ruth Pearce

Join us for Session 2 of the NCPMI Next Gen Book Club with Ruth Pearce! In this session, we’ll be diving into chapters 4 through 6, exploring how to use our existing knowledge to design our forward journey. From self-exploration to experimentation and reimagination, we’ll activate hope and set expectations for the future. This session is open to both PMI and NonPMI members. Event Description: NCPMI is working with the Food Bank of Central and Eastern North Carolina to lend a helping hand!  The Warehouse Project volunteers will participate in any of the following tasks:

  • Sorting out produce and place them in family – size bags.
  • Sorting out donations from retail stores
  • Building CSFP boxes for senior citizens.
  • Sorting and inspecting food drive donations from individuals and corporate donations.
  • Other activities might be available upon donations.

Please remember that closed - toe shoes are required at all times while volunteering at the food bank
