Fort Bragg is home to the Airborne and Special Operations commands.
Since the announcement of the 2005 Base Realignment and Closure report,
Fort Bragg is undergoing changes in population, mission, and equipment.
The Army is executing over $3B in construction between 2006 and 2013.
With growth comes change; second and third order effects from growth
include:  transportation, schools, job training, encroachment,
availability of services (medical).  It is how we plan to day to meet
the challenges of tomorrow.
